It’s nearly time!
We hope, like us, you’re really excited for this year’s Prom Xtra, but we just wanted to give you a heads up not to underestimate how many people and therefore cars may end up with us on the day.
The ideal solution – if you can, leave your car at home and enjoy an early summer stroll (sun is on order!).
If that’s not possible, read on…
We’ve been in touch with the local bus and train companies to let them know we’re expecting large numbers through Colwyn Bay. All services will be running as usual, but there may be some minor delays at peak times on the road.
Don’t forget, outside of the road closure there is limited free parking on the Promenade. Obviously this is first come, first served, and it will not be manned. Arrive early and then it’s just a short walk to the event.
Drop off / collection points
A designated drop off and collection point has been organised to make sure traffic is kept moving, but above all for individual safety. Please make sure you use the designated drop off and collection point to help us keep disruption to a minimum.
